Demand for a bonus of 70,000 rupees for BHEL employees by November 1

The Heavy Electrical Workers Trade Union at BHEL has demanded a minimum Diwali bonus of 70,000 rupees for employees by November 1. They have warned of protests if a date for a joint committee meeting is not announced within a week.
